Jöjjön néhány részlet az új Carnegie lemezről (bár gondolom belefutottatok már a neten itt-ott), amihez még hozzáteszek pár kicsiny anekdotát  - ezek forrása a zappa.com fórum, a nyitókép és az egyik videó az FZ in Hungary oldalról származik.

• Bár a lemezborítón 4:02 szerepel, az össz-játékidő azonban ennél úgy fél órával rövidebb. Egyes tippek szerint a kiadványon eredetileg a The Persuasions második koncerten adott koncertje is szerepelt volna, amit végül elhagytak.
• A lemez kísérőfüzetében a Mothers fotóján  filccel ki van satírozva Don Preston arca... Erre szintén csak tippek vannak, főleg hogy Gail Zappa így fejezi ki a hosszú évek eltelte után is meglevő ellenszenvét.
• A lemezen két böfögés (!) is hallható, az egyik 4' 32"-nél a Persuasions Medley #1 című számában, a másik 6' 27"-nél a Call Any Vegetable-ben.
• A dobozban egy-egy számozott koncertjegy található.
• A fülszöveget Al Malkin írta (érdekes olyan szempontból, hogy már csak a koránál fogva sem lehetett ott a koncerten).

Jómagam a zappa.com fórumán egyszer ezt írtam volt:

I had a chance to listen to the new release - all I have now are questions.

It's good music, good setlist - but does it provide different musical experiment than any other release from this era? NO.

Is the sound-quality better then on those previous releases? Okay, it sounds nice but the answer is still NO.

Is the setlist different than an average show from these months? Not counting Who Are The Brain Police and a tiny part of the Sofa Suite we have all these tunes on other CDs already - so the answer is NO.

So was it worth releasing this, or paying money for something we've heard already just the same way it i on these CDs? NO.

Billy The Mountain once again?... Sorry, but NO.

One very nice single CD could have been put together from this material, consisting of Who Are The Brain Police, King Kong, Pound For a Brown and Billy The Mountain: The Carnegie Solos. That would have been a nice, short but strong release.
